How it works

The principle is simple. Here, in full transparency, is a participant's complete journey, from reserving a ticket to receiving the keys.

Your journey in 8 steps

  1. Step 1 - Create your account

    Free, 30 seconds, no commitment. You accept the terms and conditions of sale to complete your registration.

  2. Step 2 - Reserve tickets

    From your personal space, indicate the number of tickets you want. Editable until close.

  3. Step 3 - Secure payment link

    At close, you receive an email with a secure payment link to our banking partner Revolut.

  4. Step 4 - Confirmation of entry

    Upon receipt of payment, confirmation with your numbers and the draw date.

  5. Step 5 - Public draw

    Broadcast live and supervised by a bailiff. Results published on the site.

  6. Step 6 - Winner notification

    The winner is personally contacted within 24 hours.

  7. Step 7 - Notary appointment

    The notary, appointed and paid by the company, contacts the winner within 15 days. No notary fees for you.

  8. Step 8 - Signature and handover of keys

    Signing the deed of sale, handover of keys, official ownership.

No hidden fees for the winner

Notary fees, registration duties, bailiff fees and file fees are covered by the transferring owner and the company. You only pay the ticket price: 100 euros.

Remaining for you after the handover: the classic charges of an owner (property tax, condominium fees where applicable, home insurance, utilities).

Your guarantees

Right to withdraw

Before the draw: cancellation possible until close, no fees. After payment, 14 days of withdrawal in accordance with the Consumer Code. Past the draw, non-refundable.

After the draw (winner): a 10-day withdrawal period under article L271-1 of the CCH, counted from the signing of the purchase promise.

Prize not awarded

If the minimum tickets threshold is not reached, the session is cancelled and participants are fully refunded within 30 days, no fees.

Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions of sale (hereafter T&C) govern the relations between La Maison a 100 Euros and participants. Validating a purchase implies full acceptance without reserve.

Article 1 - Object

Definition of the conditions under which the company organises the property raffle.

Article 2 - Organiser

La Maison a 100 Euros, registered at Companies House under number [TBD], French branch registered at the RCS of [TBD].

Article 3 - Participation

Reserved to adults. An ID may be requested before allocation.

Article 4 - Price and payment

EUR 100 incl. VAT. Single payment via Revolut at the close of reservations.

Article 5 - Tickets

Unique number, non-transferable. Email confirmation after payment.

Article 6 - Draw

Live, under bailiff supervision. Results published within 24 hours.

Article 7 - Prize allocation

Transfer by authentic deed at appointed notary, within 30 days. Ancillary fees covered by the company and the transferring owner.

Article 8 - Withdrawal

14 days (L221-18 Consumer Code) before draw. 10 days (L271-1 CCH) for the winner after signing.

Article 9 - Not awarded

Full refund within 30 days if threshold not reached.

Article 10 - Guarantees

Mandatory diagnostics; hidden defects warranty (art. 1641 et seq. Civil Code); ten-year warranty if applicable.

Article 11 - Liability

Reasonable means. No liability in case of force majeure or independent event.

Article 13 - Intellectual property

Site elements protected. Reproduction forbidden without express authorisation.

Article 14 - Applicable law

French law. Amicable settlement first, otherwise competent courts.
